Meet Greg and Heather McCarley, owners of McCarley Construction, Inc. Greg and Heather have been in the construction business since 1994 and have been building homes on Fripp and Harbor Islands since 1996. McCarley Construction has completed hundreds of custom homes and renovation projects on the island. Greg and Heather have lived on Fripp Island since 1995 and have two great sons, Cooper and Joseph, so they are not just your builder- they are your friends and neighbor.

McCarley's emphasize quality in the construction of their homes- quality in materials and quality in the workmanship. Greg is a licensed, unlimited general contractor. McCarley Construction is a certified "LEED" and "Earthcraft" builder which means we can build you a "Green" home that will be environmentally friendly as well as comfortably energy efficient. We Greg is emphatic about quality and oversees the day to day construction with a keen eye for material and workmanship quality. Heather brings something to each home constructed that no other builder can offer- a woman's eye for design, house layout, color coordination, and comfortable, livable final home product.

As residents on Fripp, Greg and Heather are readily available to assist you in the construction of your home. They limit themselves to a small number of projects at any given time to assure each home receives the attention and supervision required to accomplish the quality and timelines they expect and your home deserves. McCarley's do not use project supervisors to oversee the construction of your home. They are personally involved in the day to day building processes and are on site each day assuring your home is being constructed the way you deserve.
